Design

At this stage we will take your vision and needs to the drawing board, Offering strict budget control and guiding you on the possible variables that may arise during installation, Advising you on what’s possible and in what time scales, We can supply installation drawings or work with your architect/consultant. Raise any technical query’s, supply issues, or value engineering that we can offer. Our contracts offer staged payments on a % of completion so you can manage your funding during the installation.

Installation

Once you vision is completed with drawings and design specifications we can begin site installation, Install any temporary supply’s to keep your business/home up and running, Begin Isolations of services and strip out. 1st 2nd and 3rd fix installation with continued inspection throughout. Off site pre-fabrication is available to reduce site attendance, This could be things like pre-wiring light fittings, accessories or building modular containment for services.

Testing And Inspection

Towards the end of the project, Inspection and testing will begin, We verify the installed components, Inspect all accessories and equipment. Electrical:- This involves dead testing electrical circuits for insulation resistance, Ring Continuity, R1+R2 values and Polarity. live testing earth loops of distribution equipment and final circuits, RCD trip times and finally functional testing of all equipment.Mechanical inspection involves inspection of all joints, welds, valves and installed equipment, Pressure testing will be done to ensure the installation is sound and then it will be filled, functional tested and if required inhibitor added/chlorinated.If specialised commissioning is required the commissioner will be arranged to attend site to set up any electrical/mechanical equipment such as BMS (building management systems), lighting control systems, zip taps etc.

Installation Handover

Only when you are 100% happy with the install will hand over take place, This will include the delivery of operation and maintenance manuals which will include as installed drawings, test certificates and warranties for the install. You will be informed of a defects reporting procedure to allow us to fix any equipment failures during the warranty period as fast as possible.
